Lesbian couples can first choose the source of sperm donation at the American Sperm Bank and undergo artificial reproduction (IVF) at the American Reproductive Medicine Center. The surrogate mother is interviewed online. After the embryo is screened by PGS, it is implanted into the surrogate mother’s uterus to give birth.

The total time is about 12 to 14 months to complete the surrogate pregnancy.
